In this role you will be responsible for the quality assurance of the Xambala's high frequency trading platform, build and lead the local test organization, interact with the QA team in Chennai, India. The successful candidate will report directly to Vice President of Engineering.

In this role, you will be a key technical member of the QA team. The successful candidate will report to the QA Technical Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans
• Design and build test automation harnesses
• Do performance and latency testing
• Perform configuration and GUI testing
• Test the business logic in the platform

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or related engineering field
• 5+ years engineering experience
• Expertise in testing network appliances
• Knowledge of Shell, Python and other scripting languages is a plus
• Expertise in performance and stress testing
• Expertise in testing trading systems is a big plus
